“NO ORIGINATION FEE” loan.

Mortgage lenders charge 1% to 2% of the loan amount as their fee for securing you a loan.  We represent 100’s of national lenders and so we have the same access to the same programs that the “Big Boys” do.  However, we do not have the same “big” overhead.  This means that we can provide you with a great loan at competitive interest rates and we will also save you thousands of dollars in fees by not charging an origination fee.
